Last week Isla and I went to the playground for the first time in a long time. She loved the swings, and all of the climbing equiptment, not to menion the other kids and dogs running around!

Isla's First Game at Busch Stadium

Last weekend Isla, Greg and I went to a Cardinals game and we had an amazing day. The weather was perfect and Greg spoiled us with really great seats. We were prepared to leave early, but ended up staying late - Isla was a little angel and seemed to love her first game at Busch!

Fredbird surprised us by showing up right before the 7th inning. Isla has seen lots of pictured of Fredbird in her "Hello, Fredbird!" book, but....

...she was not so excited to see him in person! She climbed off of me and onto Greg to get further away from him.

As Fredbird was leaving he gave Greg knuckles.... see ya, Fredbird!!

Isla was spoiled in more than one way, she left the game with 3 game balls!

Isla's First Day of School.

Isla started a Kids Day Out Program last week. The school is about a block from our house, so Greg and I walked down to pick her up at the end of the day. She was teary when we got there, but was happy to be on a walk headed home....

We were really early to get her and caught the class going for a walk around the church, Isla is the first kid in the big buggy watching everything that is going on!

Before I could dig the camera out of my bag we watched as Isla was pointing and "Ooing" when they were on the sidewalk. We wouldn't be surprised if she was waving and blowing kisses too!
